Outreach & Mission – Help Us Help Others
The Outreach Committee at St. Paul’s Church is comprised of dedicated and compassionate volunteers striving to continue the mission of, “joining together in spiritual nurturing and growth through ministry and service.” By supporting local, national, and global agencies, we aspire to make a difference for those in need. As we continue our efforts, we welcome and appreciate participation not only from those within our Church, but also from those in the greater community.
Our annual traditions and ongoing support includes:
- Episcopal Relief & Development
- Cor Unum Meal Center: Meal Prep and Service for the needy in Lawrence
- The People’s Pantry: Food/Toiletry Drive in North Andover
- Manos Felices/Happy Hands at Hancock: Birthday in a Box, Backpack Drive
- Communities Together: Undies Sundays. Diapers for families in need
- Lazarus House: Hike for Hope, Food Drives
- Neighbors In Need: Thanksgiving Dinner and Food Drives
- Christmas Kids: Christmas gifts for needy children in the Merrimack Valley
- North Andover Youth Center: Adopt a Family Holiday Gifts
- The Heifer Project: With donations, helping families around the world, through training and animals, become more self reliant
- Project Linus: Hand knit treasures for needy families with newborns
- Habitat For Humanity: Building affordable homes in the Merrimack Valley
- Food For the Poor: Donations of food to help fight hunger
- The Pilgrimage: A center of Faith, Action, and Reflection in our Nation’s Capitol

Our Committee works to consistently connect donors to service organizations in the community with particular needs. Efforts to expand our ministry and to further assist our community are ongoing. In fact, interest has recently inspired discussions for our first ever service trip. The parishioners of St. Paul’s Church have seen first hand the positive effects of their generosity and support for our neighbors in need, we appreciate their gratitude and enjoy their fellowship. Please feel free to contact me if you would like to join our Outreach Ministry moving forward, or would like to suggest any new ideas for our team.
