Are you interested in theological education in the comfort of your own parish? Education for Ministry (EFM) is a Christian formation course that involves scripture and theological study, as well as reflection on one’s own life as ministry. One participant has called EfM ‘mini-seminary— with no papers and grades.’ Students can sign on for one year, or decide to take all four years of the program. I’m hoping to begin a joint EFM program in the fall with St. Paul’s in North Andover, and I need a minimum of 6 members to start a group. Community Yoga at St. Paul’s
Community Yoga at Saint Paul’s is a time for folks in our neighborhood to find balance and peace in the midst of their hectic modern lives through breathing and gentle moving meditation. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Students should be in good general health. All proceeds benefit St. Paul’s. Please bring a yoga mat, blanket and water. For more information, please contact either Kimberly Whitworth or Celia Brunette at yogastpaulsna@gmail.com.

Second Annual St. Paul’s Mission Trip
Planning is well underway for our Second Annual St. Paul’s Mission Trip. We will be working with Epic Missions, Inc. in Vero Beach, FL, August 13-18, 2017.
“Epic Missions is about supporting local ministries by sending teams of volunteers to help the hurting, homeless, hungry and struggling children. Serving people of all faiths and backgrounds to bring hope, encouragement and restoration to families and children who are in need and at risk.”
We understand many of you would like, but are unable to join us. There are, however, many ways for you to participate in this Ministry and make this journey with us.
Those of us traveling to Florida are ready and willing to give of our time and talent and could use your gifts of treasure to help “lighten the load” of our mission. The following sponsorship opportunities are available to members of the St. Paul’s family to ensure that this effort is successful. There is no contribution too big or too small for our journey, all donations are greatly appreciated.
Coach Cronies: helping to offset the cost of the rental of two vans
Petro Pals: gasoline gift cards to fuel the vans
Please contact Cheryl Means, Outreach Committee Chair, to arrange for your donation; threemeans@aol.com or 978-387-6170.
