13th Netflix Watch Party & Discussion

Tonight, July 30, 2020 6:30 PM – 8:30 PM

Join Rev. Sarah and the St. Paul’s Community in watching 13th, a thought-provoking documentary where scholars, activists, and politicians analyze mass incarceration and the U.S. prison industrial complex. The movie will begin at 6:30pm and we will be gathering afterward via Zoom for a discussion about the movie.

A Netflix Party is a new way to watch Netflix with your friends online. Netflix Party synchronizes video playback and adds group chat to your favorite viewing experiences.

Steps to participate:

  1. Install Netflix Party by visiting:https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/netflix-party/oocalimimngaihdkbihfgmpkcpnmlaoa?hl=en

(only available on chrome browsers on desktop or laptop computers) and sign in to your Netflix account. Please note, you must be signed in to access a watch party.

  1. Shortly before the date/time of the Netflix party, you will receive a unique link to join the host’s party.

  2. You will need to click on the red NP icon next to the internet address bar to join a party after clicking on your party invite link.

  3. Enjoy the show and add commentary to the chat function on the right-hand side of the screen!
